This orphanage is busy trying to keep alive the spirit of “Iqra”, the first word of the first verse received by our Prophet. The need for knowledge is more demanding now than it was before. There is a grim completion to excel in the field of acquiring knowledge and we cannot remain to be mere spectators. It is time to take active part in this competition and try to be on par with the best. Darul Yathama is engaged in this effort for more than 85 years and had provided education to thousands of boys and girls. We are striving to educate the most deprived and most deserving youngsters by bringing them under the care of this orphanage. It is a very challenging job considering the intensity of lack of awareness in our folks for the most vital factor for survival in the modern world.

Vocational course are also offered to the boarders who do not show much interest in the academics for which however vast opportunities are available in Hyderabad and elsewhere.
Three out of four boarders have passed SSC tenth class, the results of which have been declared just now. One of the boys passed in distinction with 9.3 aggregate and a girl in first division with 7.7 aggregate. One of the two boys of intermediate first year also passed during June 2021-2022.
