The main source of dependable income of this orphanage is the rent from Hasnath Complex which has 3 floors with nine apartments and a ground floor having a charitable clinic under the name “Getwell Clinic” run by a Philanthropic Organization. In addition to this we get rent from Focus Primary School which is given on a long lease. These are the assured sources of income which account for about 50 percent of the total budgetary requirement. To augment our income this orphanage has planned to add two more floors to the existing G+3 Hasnath Complex which is in the final phase of construction and would be ready in about 3 to 4 months time. Once completed this would add six more apartments and increase the monthly rent by about Rupees One Lakh.
